When you login for the first time, please click MEMBER LOGIN and enter your account number and your last name (all lower case) with no spaces as both the USER_ID and PASSWORD. 

For example, if your name is John Smith and your account number is 123, you would enter: 

USER-ID:  123smith
PASSWORD:  123smith

You'll then be redirected to a new screen wher you will select your own password. Using the information you just entered as your old password and then you will select a new password.

For example: 

OLD PASSWORD:  123smith
NEW PASSWORD:  NewPassword567*
NEW PASSWORD (again):  NewPassword567*

Please use the following criteria: 

• at least 6 characters in length
• at least 1 upper case letter A-Z
• at least 1 lower case letter a-z
• at least 1 digit 0-9
• non-alphanumeric characters such as !, @, #, %, ^, &, *, ? are optional but recommended to include in your password

Please keep your password in a safe place.
